The Midland program operates out of a state-of-the-art facility with indoor batting cages and regulation clay pitching mounds adjacent to its Stadium (Midland Field), built in 1993.  The field, complete with a newly renovated press box, includes scouting areas, offices, and full service concession stand and a Midland Baseball Gift Shop. Street and Smith's Sports Business Journal wrote "it could easily rival higher-level minor league facilities." These facilities also serve as an off-season workout center for former players as well as area high school and college teams.
